<p>Hi guys - Sorry for the bad information. I thought that the fancy RSS button I directed you to would go to the google/feedburner feed but I was incorrectamundo. So until I figure out how to change it I've eliminated it and added a "good" button. It's directly under the Chuckle-A-Duck Page button that's on the right side of the <a href="http://nicky510.com">http://nicky510.com</a> page. If you click the little RSS button THERE it'll go the correct feed. Which is <a href="http://feeds.feedburner.com/nicky510/SPiP">http://feeds.feedburner.com/nicky510/SPiP</a> if you're interested. <p>Hi all. In an effort to simplify my life and allow more time for what matters (like making toons!) I'd like to shift the NickyNews email delivery onto google's shoulders. I've been using the google reader for a while now and it's very solid. You're given the choice of getting Nicky510 delivered either to your google reader (which I use) or via email. Works well in either case. What you'll need to do is just set up a free google reader account if you don't already have one. It's very easy to do. Just click the RSS button beneath today's crowtoon (to the immediate right of the SU button) and away you'll go. Or go to google.com to set up a reader and then subscribe to nicky510.com. </p><p>One nice plus to the google reader is there's a line of little buttons beneath the post. First is "Add star" and then "Like." Clicking the "Like" button gives the post a thumbs up and the more thumbs up the more it's noticed by google. Although Nicky510.com is known far and wide as a webcomic, those of you who follow it know that I also provide a blog three times a week on a wide range of stuff. The thing is, it takes real time to produce this and as time gets tighter I've begun to question whether or not to simply concentrate on the crowtoons. Something that's just microscopic. But now micro is the new macro. And taking its place as the new eensy weensy is nano. A nanometer is a meter (roughly 3 feet) divided by 1000, then one of those pieces divided by 1000 and then one of THOSE pieces divided by a thousand. That's <span style="font-size: 8px">small</span>. So that gets you in the right frame of mind for today's pic. A "snowman." His eyes and mouth were cut with an ion beam and his nose is a teensy dab of platinum.</p> <p> So, how large is he? About 10,000 nanometers wide. A sizeable guy, in the nanoworld.</p> <p> To give you a better idea of how big he REALLY is, here's a picture of an actual snowflake, the kind you'd use to make a real snowman. If you look carefully at the lower left, you'll see a tiny dot flashing on and off. That's Frosty, drawn to scale.
